Good Everyday Bread

I got the Everyday Grain-Free Bread, and it was pretty good. Made some sandwiches with it right away. Came quick too, took about 4 days to get to me in Oregon, which was nice.

Decent bagels, a bit dry

I ordered a pack of the Grain-Free Bagels and they arrived fast enough, maybe 5 days or so. They tasted okay, definitely better than some other gluten-free bagels I've tried. They were a little on the dry side though, even after toasting. The texture was good overall once I put some cream cheese on them. Value was fair for what you get, but wish they were a bit moister.

Hey everyone, thinking of trying AWG Bakery since I'm trying to cut down on grains. Has anyone compared their bread to Base Culture or Simple Kneads? Wondering how the taste and texture stack up.

So I've tried all three. AWG is definitely more dense, like a proper bread, whereas Base Culture felt a bit crumblier to me. Simple Kneads was okay but AWG just feels more 'real' if that makes sense? Definitely recommend the Everything bread from AWG.

Yeah, AWG is my go-to for sure. Base Culture was good but AWG just has better ingredients and feels less processed. Plus, they have more variety. Texture is great for sandwiches.
